Paladin Order Hall quest order mixup

Hi! I'm currently using the "Paladin Order Hall Quests" guide in Legion. You have a step, step 28, that has you accept the quest "Nobundo's Last Stand" only the quest giver doesn't give the quest. I found out that if you do the quest that Velen gives you prior and complete it, you can no longer accept Nobundo's quest unless you reset the whole event. My suggestion is to have us accept Velen's quest and then immediately accept and complete "Nobundo's Last stand" before finishing Velen's quest. Thanks!
