Step 52. I never get anything about turning in How to Get a Head, I have to manually go talk to Marcel Mullby and do the 'I have some bloodtusk skulls for you' option so I can turn it in. I have levelled 12 characters in the last couple weeks and it has been like that on all of them. Still the same after doing a full install(removed all addon's after Tuesdays mess) and removed the WTF and cleared cache.

Just looked a little closer and noticed it appears to be two separate steps, maybe I just saw the grey ? and went and turned it in. The turn in guy is literally 15-20 yards from the quest giver, seems it would be more efficient to turn in the skulls first then go and turn in the two quests at the same time.
