Ohn'ahran Plains "A Craft in Need"

On step 400 of the Ohn'ahran Plains complete zone guide and even though I opened my profession window before continuing it seems to want me to take a crafting quest that isn't available. My character is mining/herbalism.

From what I can tell the A Craft in Need quest is just a simple quest to talk to the NPC to learn about crafting orders. I do not see it requiring you to craft anything.
