Loremaster Shadowlands - fails

In two of the zones it skipps part of the achivement.
The guide tells me to pick up a quest in Oribos, the guy dont have the quest.
I loaded another zone still kept out part of the achivement and also forwarded me to the same guy without a quest.

I quickly looked up the missing part on youtube and it was actually skipped both zones.....

What was the missing part that was skipped?

Il look into what exact the person and quest was called and the quest skipped and give a more detailed report.

I have now completed the missing quest, and it was just 2-3 quest for each part achivement that was missing.
This was in zones/aereas allready cleared by following the guide.
In BASTION QUESTLINE it was just missing 3-4 quest.
