Help! Cataclysm -> Mount Hyjal

Hi,
I'm working on my loremaster and got to Cataclysm.
And got stuck on Mount Hyjal's guide.
in step 2 I need to talk with Naraat the Earthspeaker, and accept the quest "The Eye of the Storm"
but he does not have any quest for me, looked at Wowhead, and still don't know what to do.
Does anyone know how I can get the quest?

I can't because I'm at level 70

It's possible that Blizzard has made it so max level characters do not need to do that quest. Try skipping that step and see if you can pick up either Into the Abyss or Call of Duty in the following steps.

Thats stupid, but i found the "call of Duty" quest... and thanks for the help
