Ghostlands transition to another leveling zone not well laid out.

This isn't to say the guide is broken but there is no good transition from the ghostlands to another leveling zone after you finish the quests at level 25-26. It suggests Hillsbrad Foothills but gives no travel instructions. As someone who plays the game alot I knew to go to the Undercity and run from there but, the guide said destination unreachable. This could be frustrating to someone new to the game.
