Can't find Heros Call quest in Arathi Highlands

step 71 says to talk to Captain Nials and accept the Heros Call quest but the only one offered is The scarlet Monastery.
Just started the Loremaster and worked through the Arathi Highlands to this point.

The different breadcrumb quests like this will not be available if you already did other quests in that zone. So if you've done any questing in there while leveling then you won't be able to get it when going thru for the loremaster stuff.

Okay thanks. So they are not actually required for the loremaster then.

They make it one less quest to do for loremaster, but the way Blizzard has the questing setup they aren't always available to do.
