Just saw your new video on the front page talking about the updates to the Levelling/Loremaster guide. I preordered it almost a month ago. Does that mean I miss out on the Scenarios guide that you said was bundled in if you pre-order now?

If you've already pre-ordered, you'll get it. It's for any pre-orders up to September 25th, not necessarily only pre-orders during the launch that just started 2 days ago.
