How to use the Loremaster guide?

Forgive me for being naive. But, how is the best way to use the Loremaster guide?

Should it be used in conjunction with the lvl'ing guide, or, should it be followed by itself.

Can you go back and complete low lvl quests with high lvl toons?

I have a 60 mage and would like to get the Loremaster title with him. Is it possible to do since I hadn't done all of the prior required quests?

All advice and suggestions are welcome.

Since achievements are account wide does that mean that you can still get it using multiple toons to complete the quests?

Yes, use the Loremaster with the Leveling guides. Pick a zone and load up the Leveling guide and run thru that to make sure that all of the quests in there are done. If you do not get the Loremaster zone achievement by the time you have finished the Leveling guide then load up the Loremaster guide and it should have more quests to do to finish off that zone.

And yes, now that the achievements are account wide once you finish one zone that counts for all of your characters.

So, do you get the Loremaster achievement after each zone you complete, or, do you have to complete all required quests for all zones in the entire game?

The reason I ask is... If a person had achieved Loremaster (say in Cata), would they be stripped of the achievement and loose the Loremaster tag due to MoP having more questing requirements for the achievement?

Complete the quest achievements listed below.
Criteria:

Achievement zone easternkingdoms [Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms]
Achievement zone kalimdor [Loremaster of Kalimdor]
[Loremaster of Cataclysm]
Achievement zone outland [Loremaster of Outland]
Achievement zone northrend [Loremaster of Northrend]

Reward: "<Loremaster>" Title and [Loremaster's Colors]

Total number of quests to get the "<Loremaster>" tag = The Alliance requires a grand total of 3,423 quests to obtain this achievement. PLUS the required MoP quests.

Okay, so you don't get the tag for say... Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms. You just get an achievement?

If you were to look at them individually you'd see that for EK and Kalimdor not every zone counts. And you don't have to do every quest in the zone to complete that zone, just a certain number of quests in the zone. Yes, you would need the different achievements for each continent to get the full achievement and title. I believe that if the Loremaster achievement was earned prior to MoP they should still have the title available.
