Start the lore for Terokkar Forest (at lvl90), first quest is in Shattrath City "Can't stay away", this bird type dude doesn't give anything. So we move on, next quest is also not anywhere to be found "Torgos", we move on etc etc ...after awhile some start to pop-up, all good. few quests in quest disconnect. Guide ends, not even half lore chain completed. duh
