Set Zygor Waypoint with Carbonite enabled

How can you set a waypoint for Zygor (shift click) when Carbonite is active. When I shift click nothing happens, however when I disable Carbonite then Shift Click sets the waypoint like it is supposed to.

I read in another thread that you can assign a keybind to override Carbonite and open the Blizzard map.
Take a look at the WoW keybindings if there is something like that in the Carbonite section.

Yeah, in the Carbonite section of the keybinds there's one that you can setup that will open the Blizzard map and you can use the Shift + Click on the Blizzard map to set your own waypoint.

Yeah I think bringing up the WOW map and then doing the Shift-Click used to work. I remember it working. However it does not appear to work now
