ascending the vale stonetalon mountain

there is something seriously wrong with steps 132-133. You are supposed to ascend the mountain with the rocket pack, and the arrow tells you, once you have reached the path, to hearth back to the inn.
steps 145 and down are no better. they tell you to go find the mount bluesteel, which is unclickable, and then send you back and forth between 2 flight locations.

edit: i think this zone is in need of a complete rewriting. i am trying to do the achievement and it sends me to quests that are not available to higher levels, making it a very frustrating endeavor.

Did you turn on the low level quests on your mini map magnifying glass? If you don't have that turned on some of the lower level quests will not be available to accept.
