The guide list says to accept the same quest 4 times "A Perfect Costume" not a big deal just putting it out there (:

This is because there are 4 separate quest IDs for the same quest name. Which quest ID you get (and the amounts of items needed to make the costume) depend on your race.My Flight Path Follies guide
