why in extra features is one part greayed out ?

This is not my day I wondered why I was having to pick quest rewards as usually Zygor did this .So went into extra features and noticed auto - select quest reward is greyed out is this a problem with my computer ?

Directly above that setting is the "Use quest reward advisor" setting which needs to be activated first.

Edit: Oh, and turn in guide quests in that section also needs to be activated.
