Guide getting stuck/crashing

I have a bit of a problem with the Worgen starting guide, I have got as far as the Knee Deep quest but then the waypoint arrow stops pointing where I need to go, I can collect the 5 heirloom things for the next quest but I have no idea where to go next as the arrow doesn't point me in the right direction, also there is no indication on the map. I really hope this can be fixed as I don't want to have to go through the bugged Battle For Gilneas City quest again, can anyone help me please??
