Monk Quest 20 stuck on step 7

I did all the quests but it doesn't go back to the quest I was on before level 20.
I ported back and got a msg I need to get a mage to port me back.

do I just force it to the quest zone I was in?

Yeah, if you open the guide selection window you should see the name of the leveling guide you had just been doing right under the Leveling section. It doesn't really do a good job of going back to your leveling guide after doing the monk daily quests so you'll have to manually re-load the guide you were on. If you use that link right under the word Leveling it should take you right back to the step you were on.
