Sadly with all the wonderful rep you get, this quest is not available by the time the guide gets to it.
For those of us who are fanatics about doing Every Single quest out there, you perhaps should offer the choice to run the quest near the beginning of the guide.

Is this the Nagrand quest for the Consortium?

The problem is that there are several ways to increase reputation.
Human race bonus, guild bonus and Darkmoon Faire carousel buff. And it's possible that dungeons you can do at that point also raise reputation with the Consortium.

Maybe the accept step for the guide should be changed to only show up when you are not already friendly.

The special problem with this quest is that the first time it counts to the Loremaster, only after one turnin you see the repeatable quest.
But still there should be enough quests for the Loremaster.

Moving that quest to the beginning of the guide may result in more traveling and therefore leveling slower. The Alliance Nagrand guide leads through the zone in circles. Starting in the opposite corner may confuse players. And it may not even help if there are dungeons that grant Consortium reputation.
