It's a metal box with levers on it, sitting on the beach.
Accept Buzzbox 323

Ok things seem to have gone wrong, I don't have this quest, it is not in my quest log and I can't seem to find the step going backwards where I should have picked it up.

Hope you can help.

That's because you click on the box to accept the quest. There shouldn't be one in your log until you've accepted it. If you still have problems this chain starts with the gnome in the upstairs room of the Darkshore inn.

But looking from step 51 at level 15 I can not find any mention of it!
