Losing Step after update`

I was wondering if it is normal to have all my leveling guides on all my toons reset to starting area when updating? I follow the instructions that are posted on what steps to take when updating, but i hate having to updated the guide b/c every one of my toons leveling guides are reset to 0 and then i gotta spend a bunch of time trying to remember where i was at on the guide.

oh no, just replacing folders. That's what i thought too, there shouldnt be any reason to lose my spot on the guide unless the saved variables where being removed. Odd, i know hehe.

Please post a "bug report" generated from the Settings screen (you might have to split it in two for posting), it might help us find out what's happening. If you could find the ZygorGuidesViewer.lua file in your SavedVariables folder, it would also help.

not sure if it would make a difference now or not, before i posted i downloaded and updated zygore with the new client install which didnt mess anything up in game. So looks like we are good.
I am curious on what you mean about a bug reported generated from the settings screen. Im confused on that one.
