Aliance 50-55 Step 184

This step tells you to use user Flare gun which after a bit of research I should have picked up in 4-50 step 164 BUT I was doing dungens around that level and for a few above and when I went back to look the guide has marked it as "Obsolete".
I have looked at my history and it says I haven't done that quest...
YET it has sent me to the platform to use the flare :-( I now need to go back to iron forge to get it... Bit sucky but hopfully something can be done to stop this happening to other ppl! ;-)

OK went back to ironforge and no quest from that guy... :-( Guess I will need to skip it.
I did notice that the quest is ticked though in Zygor so maybe I picked it up and lost the flare... Anyway will have to skip.
