Im level 55 gnome and i need help.
Ok well ive just started using the guide at level 55 and im having big problems. its telling me to accept quests that arnt even there and is telling me to give in quests that i dont even have. can someone help me please.

That's because you manually selected the 55-60 section of the guide (too close to your actual level).
Select the 40-45 section of the guide then right click on the next step button. If the guide stops at setting hearth location or getting a flight path you can ignore this if you want and just right click on the next step button again. Once the guide stops at a spot to accept a quest go do that even if it's a few levels below you. Just follow the guide from that point and you'll be synced up pretty quickly.
