missing part of the wetlands quests

after the "Lifting the Curse" and "The Eye of Paleth", it jumps right into Kill Sarltooth, but there's a hunt quest before it to "Ormer's Reveng (part 1)",
these quests are also having me at level 32 (i jumped in mid stride at this level already) still i the wetlands area.

Sounds like you manually selected the guide instead of allowing the guide to select a spot for you.

Go into your Dynamic Progression section of the guide options, check all 4 boxes and adjust the slider to 0. Now select your starting race's guide (i.e. Dwarf 1-13), then right click on the next step button. If the guide stops at getting an FP or setting a hearth location just right click that next step button again. When the guide stops on a step and wants you to accept a quest with a red line, do it. Start following the guide from this point as any quests it has you do below your level are pre-requisite quests in a chain for quests at your level.
