How can I start the quest Attack of the Undercity

I did this quest as a Horde before but have moved faction now so I have to redo the quest I'm level 80 and I can't remember where to go to start the chain quest for this. Where and who do I look for or even better what section of the guide dose this quest begin?

Isn't this part of the Wrathgate quest line? I thought this was removed in the new patch? But if not you can try this it's alliance which is what I got from your post is what you switched to:

It's the Alliance quests I need and when I go to the place where you pick up the shield its full of high lvl elites, there is no dragon to talk to either I remember there was a big red dragon you talk to and a cut screne starts

it's the Wrath Gate quest line. You have to unlock it with a quest in Wyrmrest, which sends you to Fordragon. then there are a couple of quests for Fordragon, which then starts the cinematic and brings Alexstrasza to the gate. She then will give you the quest to speak with King Wrynn, which leads up to attacking Undercity.
