is there an error with a quest??

not sure if it has been posted before but but does any one else have a problem with one of the quests darkshire??

the quest im doing is "ogre theives"
i need to pick up a creat of goods out side a ogre mound but the creat never comes up..... been waiting for the last hour....

I just picked it up about 20min ago. The arrow is off by about 15yards, it's a small box right beside the fallen tree/log and it doesn't glow like most ground spawns will do.
