Worgen Guide Skips Step Numbers

It goes 1-9, then 13, then 45 lol. It also says levels 1-15, but it goes to like 12.

Since you cannot create a Worgen yet are you sure it isn't just skipping steps that can only be completed by Worgen toons?

Even though the guides are released, the servers are NOT up yet. For EU, we are at 4 hrs and 19 minutes. For US, we are at 13 hrs 18 min.
