Yes, when I went thru Loch Moden the arrow pointed to the correct location. Just his description text in the NPCs_enUS.lua file needs to be changed.

Terokkar Forest (64-65) Step 103. It says:

stepgoal_talk to_done (0)

Steps 104 and 105 are the same thing.

The steps were automatically completed the moment I took the quest in step 102

If by chance you are already further in the Terokkar guide, do steps 132 and 142 work? They have a similar mechanic in the guide with a |goal switch and maybe this is broken.

I'm on step 129 and about to go to bed. I'll let you know in the morning when I start leveling again. I can say I did most of the steps in this part of the guide tonight so if it was also in earlier steps, (i.e. 1-100) I didn't see it.

I looked further at the Terokkar guide and found quite some |goal steps (the signal fires, the Exarch and many more). So it does not seem a general problem with these steps.
I'll take a look at the quest you mentioned.

Edit: there seems to be a problem with the parsing of a talk / goal step.
In tha Nagrand guide at step 82 there is a similar quest which seems to work correctly:
.'Talk to Lump to interrogate him|goal Lump Interrogated|q 9918/1
If I change it to this it shows the same error:
.talk 18351|goal Lump Interrogated|q 9918/1

If I change Terokkar step 103 to this it seems to work:

Most likely it's related to the magic button.

The arrow goes to the correct place, but the description says he's near a plane on the shore of the lake. There's no lake in sight due to the Cataclysm lake draining and he's in the lodge.

Step 113
Guide pointed me towards 50,20, a point way outside Light's Chapel for talking to Tarenar Sunstrike in order to get "Argent Call: Northdale" but he was right there, inside the chapel, at 75.8,52.4, and I could get the quest from him there. Could be because he died while we were out questing (my fault for attracting the attentions of a lv45 elite!). Either way the guide didn't point me to the right spot in this context.

I just ran into this same exact problem. I went to where the guide told me to go, Tarenar Sunstrike wasn't there. I found switch88's post, checked in the chapel, and also found there.

Zygor 3.2.2468 in the Borean Tundra guide, and Tomtom 40200-1.4.2, the locations the Tomtom arrow now points to are off by 5000 yards or more. Workarounds: enter the Tomtom waypoint manually (e.g. /way 50.1 32.6) from the coordinates in the viewer or else use the built-in Zygor waypointing arrow. The problem first cropped up today after upgrading from 3.1.2.377 today to fix a issue with the talent advisor (that fix worked).

TomTom support is currently broken and Carbonite is problematic. I hope we get a fix soo. Until then just use the built in waypointing system.

Tarenar Sunstrike is actually at 61,43 and not 50,20.

This can seem to be a common problem with this NPC. He is in different places depending on which quest you are on and if he has been killed while escorting you. When you noticed this problem, did you find him to turn in a quest for this step or was this directed to his position from an earlier quest? Thanks.

Deepholm Step 1 asks me to Click the Hero's Call: Deepholm but the quest is for Vashj'ir not Deepholm. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
