    Level 70 in outlands still

When I level I also que up for randoms to level faster and get better gear than from doing quests.

Basically I am level 70 in outlands at level 67 part 83 on the guide. Can I safely go to northerend and still be able to pick up all the quest there or is there some quest that I need to still do in outlands? If so can you tell me the name of the quests that I need to do?

To get basic quests in Northrend you need to be level 68. To get the rest of the quests in Northrend you need to be level 70. I think there is only maybe 5 quests max you can get at level 68 in Northrend not sure on that though.

I know that but now I am level 70 but only on level 67 parts in the guide.

I was wondering if I can skip to level 70 part of the guide being able to pick up all of the quest or are there pre quests in outlands that I still need to do.

No you can just empty your quest log and select the 70 portion of the guide from the menu.

And since Blizzard made changes to XP from mobs in the tier zones lower than you it's better to move to Northrend now. At this point now that you've hit 70 you'll only get 10% of the normal XP per mob.

Chaos is right, if you switch to Northrend at level 68 (at least as Alliance) you will not be able to do the D.H.E.T.A. (or whatever they are called...) quests when the guide tells you to as you need to be level 70 for them. But you can easily go further in the guide and come back to do them later.
From my experience if you are about 30% into level 69 you can safely go to Northrend as Alliance character. I don't know about Horde but it should be pretty much the same.

Yes, it is about the same with a Horde toon.I went one time at 69 and a half and didn't have any problems whatsoever.
You just keep doin' what it looks like you're supposed to be doin', no matter how crazy it seems.
