Need help with SIS

I am leveling a couple of toons up using the Alliance leveling guide and RAF. The toons I am currently leveling are at level 18, but the guide is at level 11. I have the 'allow levels ahead' set to 2 in the guide but it is making me do every quest and the quests are so low that I am not getting any XP.

I have clicked the Smart Injection System to find a good starting point, but it takes me back to the same step.
I also have 'skip impossible steps' and 'skip travel steps' unchecked.

What do I need to do to get the guide caught up?

You need to update your guide. The SIS is disabled right now due to problems with it.

I would also recommend taking off all the XP boosting items for now until the SIS is fixed or you'll find that you'll get so far ahead of the guide with no SIS working that the guide then will seem pretty much useless to you. The team hope to have the SIS fixed and back to normal in the next week or two.
