lev 68 warrior--cant get the quest

I am lev 68 in Northrend doing lev 70 quests (could that be the problem?) Step 72 Arch Druid Lothorius wont give me the quest which starts a long chain of DEHTA quests. Any ideas?

Yes, you have to be level 70 to accept the DEHTA quests.Zygor has you go to Northrend at 70 to avoid things like this but most of the time you can when you're about 69 and a half and have no problems.I have heard you can skip these for now and come back later when you're 70 with little problems.
