    Level 37 Human Paladin - Quest no Available?

    Step 82 in the Alliance Eastern Kingdom 35-40 guide tells me to talk to Commander Ashlam Valorfist to accept "Uther's Blessing". The only prerequisite is "Go Fletch!", which I have completed.

    Any solutions? I have done the SIS and it stopped at this quest as well.

    From posts on WoWHead there seems to have been a lot of problems with this quest being broken. It seems you'll probably have to skip it. This is also the start of a chain, so use this link to see what other quests it will affect by skipping it.
