Then guide skips to

step 232 level 81
Talk to Commander Jarod Shadowsong
Turn in Graduation Speech

But when I reach that spot he is not there.
Updated to the latest version did a repair still the same thing.

Anyone have a suggestion?

I'm stuck here can't continue quest.

Disable the SIS (empty the 3 boxes and adjust slider all the way to the right in the Dynamic Progression section of the options) then go back to step 165 and keep following the guide.

What Cabby said is an easy way to make sure this doesn't happen anymore. We are however looking into a way to permanantly fix this. We realize its a little frustrating sometimes, but have no fear, we will not let the Guides stay this way In the mean time though, just work with the slider a bit and enjoy!

Okay I have tried disabling the SIS, reinstalling Guide, repairing, Nothing is working I am not able to quest at all. Tried to skip still no good nothing i do is working to let me continue questing, it appears there is a problem with the guide at this point, for the Mount hyjial quest.

If you disable the SIS like I mentioned then there should be no skipping at all.

Like i said in my above post i did disable the SIS and yes it doesn,t skip then, however I can not get next quest.

You may have to go back in the guide to see what quests you still need to do.
Just select the Hyjal guide from the drop down menu in the guide window and fast forward through the guide until you find a quest you did not do.
If the guide stops at other steps you don't need to do (enter cave, leave cave) just rightclick the next step button.

After turning off the SIS did you then go back to 165? If so and the next step has a quest you can't accept this means that the SIS skipped something else earlier in the guide. If that's the case then go back to step 1 of that guide (guessing Hyjal?) and start from there to make sure you've got every quest done for that guide. This will unlock the quest that you can't get right now.
