Trying to download the guides. I just installed the game but i dont see an add-ons folder in interface folder. Can it be anywhere else?

After you patch, the folder should be there. If you've already patched and it hasn't put the folder in the interface folder, then run the repair option as Blizzard has files in that folder as well. -
If you have never been in the game fully like making a character and been into the world and then exit the game the addon folder is not created until you do that.I'm Rebur, Tadia, or Judianna most games.
