Eastern Kingdom 40-45 step 93

Can not find Vex'tul because step 41. Had to go back and complete quest starting on step 41.

This may have been skipped because of the SIS. We recognize these errors and hope are working to solve these once and for all. Thanks for letting the Forum know about this though as it does help other people looking for why this may be happening.
