the guide skips ahead about 10 steps because they are impossible. If you go back you find the Step 15 tells you to Get 9 Obsidian-Flecked Muds for the quest mud hunter

Do I understand correctly that step 13 tells you to get the three quests which you did but then skipped steps to do these quests?
Or did the guide skip accepting quests? If so, are you level 51? Then the SIS skipped quests and I recommend you go into the guide options, section dynamic progress and set the allow levels ahead slider to a value of 3-5.
