Step 77 (Level 37) has you talking to the Innkeeper in the Inn, then...

Step 78 has you talking to Morgan Stern and its SAYS he is just to the right as you enter the INN but he is actually in the middle of the first floor in the FORT down the path.

Coordinates seem to be OK, it's just the tip that's wrong.

Absolutely. I should have clarified: The coordinates are correct. Just the verbiage is wrong.

There are quite a few of these in the guide at the moment and I don't think it's because of Blizzard moving NPCs as the coordinates are correct. I think it's more likely that there is some sort of NPC "description" file somewhere that hasn't been updated fully since the shattering.

Case in point - NPCs now in the Hemingway Camp in STV still being described as being in Booty Bay.

There are occasionally NPCs with wrong location tips, I noticed this when starting an Undead and there were quest givers now in a building before reaching Brill which the guide says are beside the road.
Not a big problem and collecting those would be helpful to get rid of this once the major guide things are fixed (SIS...).
