Help with selecting higher level quests/zone?

I'm warlock level 27.
The leveling guides, whether I choose suggestion or 1-60, only shows me 1-10, 10-15, 10-19, 19-26, 15-21, 55-58 and 20-25 zones.

Most of the quests are either grey or the mobs are grey in these ranges.

How can I go to like, a level 25-30 zone or something?

It sounds to me like you currently have the Trial version of the guides installed. To fix this run the Updater, click the Settings button, enter your Zygor website username and password into the proper boxes, click OK, click Repair.
