i ran several random dungeons while doing Grizzly Hill's 74-75 and hit the point where it recommended me to go to Zul'Drak 75-77 , is it ok to go ahead and skip to Drak or should i stay in grizzly hill's

You can go ahead and go shouldn't be a problem.

This is something we really wanted for our Guide, to be able to handle any level at anytime. With the Smart Injection System, our Guide should be able to incorporate your character to the proper zone for leveling. With that said, yes go ahead and skip to Zul'Drak.
