Outlands - Netherstorm - step 80 - Malevonant Remnants not working

I'm told to speak to image of archmage Vargoth, and accept "The sigil of Krasus". But, he doesn't have that quest to offer. Ice completed every quest up to this point.

Please help.

It looks like you only need to do the quest "Curse of the Violet Tower" before. if you did this quest you should be able to turn it in and get "The Sigil of Krasus". Were you able to turn that quest in?

Yup... I got got that turn in done.

I cannot find anything about this quest being unavailable so I suggest you make a GM ticket. Maybe a bug on Blizzard's end.

I'll do that right now. I really need this in order to complete my loremaster title. Thank you for the speedy replies. I'll post back here when I hear back from a gm.

they will ask you to delete your addons and delete your wtf folder before they will help you. you don't have to delete them just move them somewhere else on your computer and move them back after you are done.

We see from your screenshot, you're guide is not showing the Staff to summon the Image of the Mage. Do you have the quest staff in your inventory? This may be part of the problem.

Yup... the staff was the problem. It had gotten deleted or whatever. I found a guy in area 52 that will give you a replacement.
