You were never told pick up The Battle for Andorhal. It should be:

I missed it the first time I went through on my Paladin, and thought I just missed it in the guide, but when I went through those quests on my lock and now shammy same thing. Just a heads up
Also wouldn't it be better to fly to The Hitherlands and cut through the mountains to WPL. At that level you will only run into one mob that could be and issue on your way to Chillwind Camp, and The Husk is only 35 Rare and easily walked passed. Plus, either you already have that flight path so shorter trip or you can grab it on your way through if you didn't quest in that zone.
