can't speak to blind mary

ok having issue speaking with blind Mary as per the guide's advice - seeing error message saying unable to interact due to an addon - I have never seen this before. Any ideas

Try disabling all addons except ZygorGuidesViewer, ZygorTalentAdvisor, and TomTom (or Cartographer modules) and see if the problem persists.

Hi, ok all I have running is as you mention above. Have also changed to tomtom tonight rather than the cartographer stuff. do you want to remote in? happy for you to check it out?

Hi I'm having lots of small problems is there anyone who can help me please. Its not much fun with this not working properly. I've just gone to get the next quest and accepted the suggested quest. The guide wont change and keeps pointing me back to where it got me to pick up the quests. Its the look to the stars quest.

So it still says the message about "unable to interact because of addon"? Can you post a screenshot of the message?

The guides rely on quest ID numbers to know if you've accepted a quest or turned it in. Sometimes these numbers in the guides are different than what Blizzard says they should be so the guide doesn't know that you've accepted or turned in the quest. Try left clicking the next step button and see if the guide keeps progressing as it should. If it's a bad ID number in the guide then when you go to turn in that quest it will get stuck on that step too and you'll have to manually advance the guide. If this fixes the stuck step problem please post in here the guide (Alliance or Horde), the section (i.e. 1-13), the step number, and the name of the quest. This will allow the team to track down the proper quest ID number and get it fixed.
