I am on step 185 in the Borean Tundra. I am to talk to a Mordle Cogspinner and accept the quest 'King Mrgl-Mrgl', but he is not offering this quest. I accepted the other quest and completed it, but so far he is not offer 'King Mrgl-Mrgl'. Please advise.

Looks like a non-issue as I kept questing and ran into "The King" anyway. -

Correct. The quest to go find him was not available, but I was able to obtain all the quests from him and others in that area.Comment

The quest to find him was in game a few days ago because I had it. Currently working Howling Fjord quests from the guide and don't recall what had needed to be done first. Suggest setting the guide dynamic advance to 3, roll back to the 68 - 70 guide and have it auto-advance from there. Might be an earlier quest that had been skipped. If you find it, post it so it can be fixed for others.Comment
