Hellfire Peninsula Steps

In my humble opinion, I would recommend the following changes to the guide.

Step 89 is "Reap 20 Shattered Hand Souls"
Step 90 turns in "Outland Sucks" to Foreman Razelcraz and picks up 'How to server Goblins'
In the quest 'How to server Goblins' shattered hand guards are killed while releasing Foreman Razelcraz's workers.
Move Step 89 to after 'Save Jakk' (step 94)

Step 109 would be more effiencint if the quests in Falcon watch were picked up first
and then moved prior to the step 'Get Arelion's Journal' (step 120)

If we moved step 89 to after the save Jakk step then you would not be able to do step 91 (turn in A Burden of Souls and accept The Demoniac Scryer) which is the quest that you work on in step 95 right after you save Jakk. So no matter what we do you'll have to back to that area at least twice and be killing the same mobs.
