Yakity Yak popup Quest didn't show. Step 92

In the mists leveling for horde, step 92 it says that a quest discovered box should pop up for "Yakity Yak". It didn't pop up.

This is right after you ride the yak out of the cave with the needle sprites in it.

Once I killed a Burilgi Despoiler the quest popped up. Wowhead says it may also pop up after the Yak Wash quest.
