Vashj'ir step 197 wrong

You can't turn in the quest at 40,75 as there is nobody there. You have to go back to the cave (HS) and turn in both quests here and pick up new once.

No Tamed Seahorse to take youback in step 198 either (but with HS in 197 that can be skipped anyway).

Do you by chance remember the name of the quest (or both quests) for turn in? Will make it easier to find in the guide files.

It might be a phasing problem you encountered.

I had a problem with this quest.. after you kill the big npc (at least for me) I died (still completed quest) and it takes you out of the phase and back to your self. However it shows the question mark/ turn in spot at the location you are at (aka where you use the blade) but you will have to go back to legions rest to turn in the quest.
