HELP ERror code

Try running this as an administrator and you should be OK. On a side note: If it is someone else's system, ask permission before you do it. Otherwise, bad things might happen. The C:\users\mom... is a clue to me that you should ask.

Did you have any previous Zygor Guides installation present in that location? Does the folder 'C:\Users\mom\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\ZygorGuidesViewer' exist already?

And, are you sure you copied the error properly and/or the forum didn't break it - was there really a space in 'C:\Users\mom\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\ZygorGuidesViewer\Ver.lu a' at the end? It should read Ver.lua and not Ver.lu a, which makes this slightly puzzling.

I should never assume. That's why I asked. Good deal. If access is denied, then try putting WoW in as "Run as administrator", along with all of your addons. It may be that one thing is not in that mode when everything should be. Of course, I could be leading a wild goose chase...

And yes, that space between the u and the a would screw things up. If there is a space there, it needs to be fixed.
