Horde guide 20-25 stuck

Hi, I am stuck at step 158 of the 20-25 horde guide. It asks me to kill coursers and get 30 courser eyes. But after killing more than 10 courser, still no drop.

The following steps 159-161 also ask to kill certain creatures,but like the previous step, no quests were given.

a little help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you haven't configured SIS and gone through the SIS process with your character.
