Quest is correct. Quest location is correct. Just the name of the mobs that drop the collectables is wrong.

The guide lists the mobs as "Giant grizzled bears" and "mottled worgs". Instead they are actually "Giant rabid bears" and "rabid worgs"

Everything else is correct. I didn't even notice it until I was already half finished with it.
