Azshara quests, requiring low-level quests? how to procced?

Hi, i've recently bought Zygor's guide for leveling, but i can't get it work properly.

i'm at level 20(troll mage), and i've selected the 20~25 kalimdor guides, it's in Azshara, finding archmage xylum's, but i can't take the quest.

How to procced? i've to do the entire Azshara's quests from level 13 to 20? can i make just some low level Azshara's quests that will unlock the xylum's quest?

I'm lost here, if somebody could help me out

I just recently bought World of Warcraft, i currently have 1 day of playtime.

Right now the system to help you get started in the guides isn't working. Currently the best solution is to scroll backward thru the guides looking for a step that says to get a flightpath. When you find this step start looking at the steps right around that one and see if you can accept any of the quests. If you can then start following the guide there, but keep in mind there still might be some that you can't accept and will have to skip.
