This quest part 19 in the Horde 80-85 guide doesn't seem to be acceptable till level 81, and you will be 80 at the time the guide tells you to get it.

Actually it seems like this was a SiS bug, sorry for the post. A mod may delete this. -
Figured this out this morning
It's a bug where the guide is skipping over a few quests (like defending the world tree) and telling you to accept the quest to early. Just manually roll back the guide a lil
I'm sure it will be fixed soon
