At 31, step 20, Kalimdor quests 20-25 it says "add the nobuff tag for the correct buff so the step completes'. I believe the code has been added because I was able to complete the step but this reminder remains in the dialog.

This is a leftover of the guide team. I ran into this particular step some time ago when 4.0 was just released. It seems that the code need some tweaking so that this step automatically continues. But by just clicking next step you can go on.

Troll starting area, step 99 cannot be done when specified

The NPC Tortunga quest Breaking the Line, is not available to be taken until you go across to the next island over and do some raptor quests, including gathering 12 lost raptors, killing 8 raptors, and a killing a quest Naga. You then ride a roped raptor back and then you can talk to Totunga.

I would think I have the right release of the guides listed as steps up until then were correct.

Has the Guide automatically skipped this quest chain for you? What made it so you couldn't pick up this quest once you got there?

However, I'd auto-skipped over a lot, including the apparently necessary step 102 in the 25-30 guide, talking to Drum Fel and accepting the quest "Revantusk Village". That quest is required for Urda to have the option of flying you there.

You can not receive "The Slave Pits" quest From Assistant Greely until you turn in "The Fastest Way to His Heart" to Izzy (there is no step telling you to even turn that quest in).

The bug is that step 253 tells you to accept the quest "The Fastest Way to His Heart" again instead of turning it in. So step 253 should be "turnin 25202" instead of "accept 25202".

This is just a simple script error but will not affect your leveling Guide or quests. Once we find what is causing this we will make sure to take it out. Thanks for the report.

Things have been moved around and questgivers have changed. This whole area needs an update.

Mount Hyjal (80-82)
Step57 "Talk to Kristoff Manheim"

I have not been able to do this quest chain, and neither has others around me. I've tried on two characters, both with same problem. Those around had same issue.

Ok good news. I have had this issue with the past 2 characters to come through the zone and it seems that Blizzard has now corrected this problem and the quest is now available and works as apparently intended. Good Luck.
Oh yeah, an added thought to the whole "Can't do Uldum until 83 issue". When you are questing through Hyjal use the random dungeon finder and that will give you the necessary XP to reach 83 by the time you finish the Hyjal guide plus some really nice gear. Keep up the great work guys.

Kalimdor lvls 45-50 Step 106: Talk to Greta Mosshoof to turn in quest "Crying Violet" and pick-up "Purity From Corruption".

Greta Mosshoof is the wrong NPC.

Correct NPC is Andalar Shadevale located at 36, 58 sitting on the ground by a tree.

The next few quests also need to be fixed.
